We take care of the essential behind-the-scenes work to keep your website secure, updated, backed up, and running smoothly. It’s a great fit if your website primarily serves as an online home for your business and you want dependable technical support without ongoing SEO or marketing strategy.
Secure Website Hosting
Every WordPress website requires hosting; this is the server and network space where your website lives. There are many hosting providers out there. We partner with Lyrical Hosting for all our sites. When CY Creatives is your Website Hosting choice, your website is hosted under our multi-site plan, and we take care of all back-end tech support needs and communicate with the hosting provider when needed.
Should a client want to host their site in another location, WordPress sites are easy to move and can be moved with very little interruption to the site’s operation.
Website Software Updates
CY Creatives builds sites on the WordPress platform. WordPress is a dynamic open-source platform that is constantly being updated as technology changes. Updates to the base software come out regularly and can impact the performance and security of your website.
We also use the Elementor PRO Page builder to create your webpages, which also releases regular security and performance updates. Your Elementor PRO licence ($84 annual) is included in all CY Creatives Website Hosting plans.
Plugin Management
What makes WordPress the platform of choice for most website designers is the endless options of plug-ins that can be added to the platform to customize your website and make it exactly what you need it to be. Webstores, forms, courses, payments, or image display are all available via plugins as well as security and anti-spam tools. Programmers regularly update their plugins to maintain compatibility with new WordPress versions as well as to maintain security and performance. These updates can be set up to be done automatically or manually.
All CY Creative plans include bi-weekly manual updates to all plugins. This allows us to check performance and delay major updates for a short time to check for any initial bugs that may affect your site performance. Some plugins require additional licenses or fees; these charges will be discussed ahead of installation. Additional fees will be billed in addition to the Website Hosting Plan.
Scheduled Backups (monthly)
Site backups are your website’s safety net. Regular backups protect the time and money you’ve invested in your website and help minimize downtime when something goes wrong.
Our Website Care plans include monthly backups stored on our cloud storage. Our Growth Partner Clients receive more frequent, weekly backups to our cloud storage.
Security Monitoring

Technical Troubleshooting
